1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Link Craft ("the Service"), operated at linkcraft.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Link Craft is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a personalized page containing links, social profiles, and other content. We provide tools to customize themes, track analytics, and manage your online presence.

3. Accounts

To use Link Craft, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may only maintain one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Link Craft (links, descriptions, images, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Content must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use Link Craft to:

  • Post illegal content, including but not limited to content promoting violence, terrorism, or human trafficking
  • Share content that promotes gambling, illegal substances, or unlicensed financial schemes
  • Distribute hate speech, harassment, or content that discriminates against any individual or group
  • Post sexually explicit or exploitative content, especially involving minors
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or organization
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive URLs
  • Engage in spam, including creating multiple accounts to manipulate the platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Usernames

Usernames are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, infringing on trademarks, or violating our policies. Buying or selling usernames is prohibited.

7. Paid Plans & Billing

Link Craft offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Link Craft platform, including its design, code, branding, themes, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our explicit permission.

9. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Link Craft available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or changes to the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Craft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Link Craft and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or via email. Your continued use of Link Craft after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
